π On-The-Day Logistics
- Conference Dates: April 30 - May 1, 2026
- Registration: Opens 7:30AM
- Speaker Ready Room: Location TBC. Use this space to prep, test your tech, or take a quiet moment before your talk. There will be coffee and refreshments available here throughout the day if you need a refresh.
- Arrival: Please arrive at your designated session room 10-15 minutes before your start time.
- On-Site Emergency Contact: Florie Craddock (Conference Producer)
- Dress Code: The conference dress code is business casual. We encourage presenters to dress comfortably while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Time Keeping: Each session is scheduled for 1 hour. To ensure the day stays on track, please begin your presentation promptly at the scheduled start time (or within 5 minutes at the latest). This ensures our guests can reach their next meetings or sessions on time and receive their full CEU credits without disruption. We appreciate you wrapping up within your allotted window to help us keep the event running smoothly!

We understand you may prefer to bring your own laptop with your slides on, however we require your slides in advance as a backup option in case of technology mishaps.
To ensure compatibility with our onsite AV team, slides should be:
- 16:9 format
- 1080p or 1080i resolution
- Preferably in PowerPoint format

β CEUs
If your session has CEUs that is approved via RESNA, iNRRTS or the Abilities Conference itself, there will be a slide automatically displayed at the end of your session with a Check Out Code and CEU Instructions for downloading the certificate. You do not need to add this slide to the end of the presentation yourself unless asked to do so.
Please make sure you read the Check Out code out loud at the end of your session so everyone can access it.
CEU Platform Instructions are as follows:
- Log in to the conference app (see below).
- Find attended CEU Session on the Program (filter sessions by professional discipline to find classes with CEUs).
- Select the session then select the red box by 'Check Out' to enter Check Out Code shared at the end of the session.
- Login to the CEU Portal at https://events.tpni.com/GcmMaintenance/Abilities/Html_Files/30007943/CEU.html
- You can do this on a laptop, on a phone browser or on the Conference App in the CEU Portal button on the Home Page.
- Once you log in to the portal you will see the sessions you have checked out of.

Note on Room Layout: Rooms are set in Classroom Style with a projector. If you require a different layout and have not shared this, please inform Florie immediately so arrangements can be made.
π± The Conference App
We use the TPNI Events app to manage the schedule and networking. Please follow these steps:
- Download: Install "TPNI Events" from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Event Code: Enter the code abilities (no space after word).
- Choose Event: Select the relevant conference location.
- Login: Use your Last Name and Badge ID (found on confirmation email).
- Explore: Browse the agenda, speakers, and exhibitor info.
- Book Sessions: Select the sessions you wish to attend (please do not select your own). Some sessions have limited capacity, so we recommend booking early!

If you haven't already, please inform us of any accessibility requirements needed on the day, such as captioning, interpreting services, ramps, or other accommodations.
