She has worked in every aspect of event production for various industries and, thanks to her turnkey style and organizational prowess, a trail of wildly successful (and expertly executed) events - from tradeshows and consumer expos to corporate conferences - lies in her professional wake.

Valerie Teague began her sales career at 16 and has spent the past three decades dedicated to serving the disability community while also working across the health and wellness space. She is the owner of Oxylife Hyperbarics, Disability Resource Link, and the Safety and Security Expo, and currently serves as Sales Director for Abilities Expo, the Abilities International Conference, and Snowbound. Bilingual and born in Germany, Valerie is an avid reader, hiker, and sports enthusiast, and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of one.

David is the Sponsorship Lead for the Abilities International Accessibility Conferences, responsible for developing partnerships and working with organisations to engage the professional audiences across the events.
With over 10 years experience in building partnerships, he is passionate about creating collaborations that deliver real, practical outcomes for both organisations and the communities they serve. Away from the office, David can usually be found outdoors — hiking, cycling, or trail running on the routes near his home.
