Debbie Barbieri has more than two decades of event management experience, she has developed a keen expertise in all things related to events. She has worked in every aspect of event production for various industries and, thanks to her turnkey style and organizational prowess, a trail of wildly successful (and expertly executed) events - from tradeshows and consumer expos to corporate conferences - lies in her professional wake.

Valerie Teague began her sales career at 16 and has spent the past three decades dedicated to serving the disability community while also working across the health and wellness space. She is the owner of Oxylife Hyperbarics, Disability Resource Link, and the Safety and Security Expo, and currently serves as Sales Director for Abilities Expo, the Abilities International Conference, and Snowbound. Bilingual and born in Germany, Valerie is an avid reader, hiker, and sports enthusiast, and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of one.

Content Producer
Having worked in many different realms of the sport sector, Florie is now satisfying her creative itch in her role as Content Producer, curating the conference agenda for the Abilities International Accessibility Conference. An enthusiast for community-events, she loves connecting with people to bring crazy ideas to life.
Florie is a lover of all things active and outdoors. When she’s not busy crafting speaker agendas you’ll find her on the hockey or football pitch, in the great outdoors, or dreaming of when she can next go snowboarding.
