What is the Abilities International Accessibility Conference?
The Abilities International Accessibility Conference is a ground-breaking event delivering focused education to professionals connected to the disability market. The two-day conference enhances professional practice through education, networking, and thought leadership. Partnering with ISS, US Rehab, CTF, RESNA, and NCART, it features classroom sessions, practical education, and floor networking with end-users.

Clinicians, Retailers, Distributors, Manufacturers, Caregivers, Policy makers, Legislators, International brands, and Professional services. The conference runs Thursday and Friday, with the Abilities Expo opening Friday for consumers. All professionals are welcome to attend the expo.

New York Metro: April 30 – May 1, 2026 – New Jersey Convention & Exhibition Center

How do I register for the conference?
Registration can be completed online through our website. Early registration is recommended to benefit from Earlybird pricing.

Is there a cost to attend?
Yes, there is a registration fee, with discounted rates available for association members and early booking.

What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes access to keynote sessions, breakout workshops, networking events, refreshments, lunch, conference materials, and access to our Abilities CEU portal.

How can I Register for Specific Sessions?
The TPNI Events app is essential for attending the conference. It is required to book sessions, manage your schedule, and record attendance for CEU accreditation. Please follow these steps:
- Download: Install "TPNI Events" from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
- Event Code: Enter the code abilities (no space after word).
- Login: Use your Last Name and Badge ID.
- Explore: Browse the agenda, speakers, and exhibitor info.
- Book Sessions: Add the sessions you wish to attend to My Program. Some sessions have limited capacity, so we strongly recommend booking in advance.
Earning Continuing Education Units

How Do I Receive My CEUs?
To receive CEUs, you must complete the following steps for each session attended:

Open the TPNI Events app, enter the event code ABILITIES

Log in to your account using Last Name and Badge ID
-
After attending, open the session in Program and select the red box next to Check Out
-
Enter the Check Out Code shared at the end of the session
Once completed:

Visit:https://bit.ly/abilitiesCEU (or scan the QR code onsite).
You can do this on a laptop, on a phone browser or on the Conference App in the CEU Portal button on the Home Page. -
Once you Log in to the CEU portal you will see the sessions you have checked out of.

Complete the Presenter Evaluation and Course Assessment (if required) to download your certificate.
You will earn 0.1 CEUs per session.
Please ensure you make note of the Check Out Code for each session you attend. -

Will the conference be accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. All conference areas are fully accessible. A stage ramp will be provided where required. ADA approved accessible parking and restrooms are also available at all venues.
New Jersey Convention & Expo Center (NY/NJ)
Yes, ADA parking is available and their building is wheelchair accessible and all one level, however they do have wheelchairs available to rent or use onsite.
Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center (IL)
Comprehensive, ADA-compliant services, including accessible parking.

Will there be parking available at the venue?
There is ample parking available at each conference venue. Please note that parking is first come, first served, and we recommend arriving early to secure a space.
ADA-designated parking is available at all venues with a valid placard or license plate.
