The complex rehab technology community will come together at the inaugural Abilities International Accessibility Conference, co-located with Abilities Expo, March 26–27, 2026, in Los Angeles.

Created by the organizers of Abilities Expo, the Abilities International Accessibility Conference is a new annual meeting place for occupational therapists, physical therapists, assistive technology professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, caregivers, and advocates working across the disability and complex rehab landscape. Across two days, attendees will have access to three dedicated content tracks — Improving Patient Outcomes, Business Optimization, and Adaptive Living — alongside RESNA posters and platforms, and full access to the Abilities Expo consumer event.

The Adaptive Living track is designed for clinicians, suppliers, caregivers, and users who are focused on real-world independence and quality of life. Sessions explore how people with disabilities can live, travel, work, and participate more fully through adaptive technology, innovative services, and community-based solutions. This track places lived experience, accessibility, and practical problem-solving at the center of the conversation.

Developed in partnership with leading organizations including RESNA, the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED), Help Hope Live, and others, the Adaptive Living track delivers CEU-accredited education that bridges clinical insight with everyday application.
