We’re pleased to confirm Gerry Dickerson as part of the opening plenary panel at the New York Metro Abilities International Accessibility Conference.

With over 40 years in the Complex Rehab Technology industry, Gerry brings a depth of experience that few can match. A co-founder of multiple CRT-focused companies, he has played a pivotal role in shaping industry standards, including the development of the ATP and SMS credentials. He is also one of the few individuals to have received both the RESNA and NRRTS Fellowships, the highest honours awarded by each organisation.

Gerry will join Carmen DiGiovine, Rachel Hibbs, and Wayne Grau for Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Equipment Evaluation on Thursday morning. Together, they’ll explore how integrated, team-based approaches can improve outcomes, streamline processes, and ensure truly user-centred evaluations.

This is a session grounded in real-world experience, designed to challenge thinking and elevate practice from the very start of the conference.
