Casey Dietz is a seasoned Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of diverse experience in inpatient rehabilitation, home healthcare, outpatient rehabilitation, and management. Driven by her passion for supporting older adults and individuals with spinal cord injuries, Casey founded Home Safe Home, a company dedicated to helping people safely navigate the transitions brought on by medical and physical changes.

Through Home Safe Home, Casey provides personalized recommendations to clients in their homes or before hospital discharge, ensuring their environments are safe and conducive to independent living. The company also offers construction services, with a licensed builder - Casey’s husband - completing necessary home modifications. Whether it’s aging in place or returning home after a major life event, Home Safe Home supports clients every step of the way.

In addition to her professional work, Casey is actively involved in community organizations that advocate for seniors in the Grand Rapids area. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two children.
