Ginny Paleg, PT, MPT, DScPT, is a pediatric physiotherapist based in Silver Spring, Maryland, with over 30 years of experience supporting infants and young children (0–3 years) in home and childcare settings. She focuses on the F-words framework to guide her practice and specializes in children with severe motor impairments (GMFCS Levels IV–V).
Dr. Paleg holds degrees from Emory University and the University of Maryland Baltimore. She is certified in the Prechtl General Movement Assessment and the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination and trained in Routines-Based Interventions and coaching.
An associate of CanChild (McMaster University) and Honorary Research Fellow at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, she has authored over 60 peer-reviewed publications on mobility and postural management. Dr. Paleg leads the AACPDM Hypotonia Care Pathway and serves on the AACPDM Care Pathway Council, with prior leadership roles across multiple AACPDM and EACD committees.
