The National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology (NCART) is a U.S.-based nonprofit made up of suppliers and manufacturers of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT)—including power/manual wheelchairs, seating systems, standing devices, and gait trainers. They advocate for fair coverage, appropriate coding, supplier standards, and funding policies to ensure individuals with significant disabilities and chronic conditions can access essential, customized equipment.
NCART is the only national organization dedicated to representing suppliers and manufacturers of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) products. NCART is strictly focused on working with policymakers, legislators, and others to establish and maintain appropriate coverage and funding to protect and improve CRT access.
